Carrie J. Rognlien has been a trial lawyer University of California, Los Angeles and is committed to pursuing justice for her clients. During her career, Ms. Rognlien has handled a variety of civil trial matters in both federal and state court on behalf of injured or wronged plaintiffs. The types of cases she has expertise in include personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, employment disputes (wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and breach of contract), and business litigation.
Her successes include a $760 million dollar verdict (including punitive damages) for personal injury and wrongful death against several Fortune 500 corporations; a $30 million dollar verdict on behalf of plaintiffs in a product liability lawsuit; a $12 million dollar verdict for personal injuries, including brain damage, against several chemical manufacturers for workplace injuries. Carrie started her legal career at a renowned boutique plaintiff's trial firm, where she remained for thirteen years. In 2009, she started her own firm, moving it to her home territory of the South Bay in 2010.
